Open Positions:

  • Line Cooks – Prepare and plate dishes with precision, maintaining our high-quality standards.
  • Prep Cooks – Assist with ingredient preparation and maintain kitchen efficiency.

Requirements:

  Experience & Skills:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred (varies by role).
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques (for cooks).
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours).
  • Capability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Work in a hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Role-Specific Requirements

Line Cook:

  • 1-3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Proficiency in working with grills, fryers, sauté stations, and other equipment.
  • Ability to prepare menu items consistently and efficiently.

Prep Cook:

  • Basic kitchen experience or culinary school training preferred.
  • Ability to prepare ingredients efficiently (washing, chopping, slicing, etc.).
  • Understanding of food storage and inventory management.

Additional Requirements (For All Roles):

  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for food and hospitality!
