What You'll Do

Give medications safely and accurately
Check on residents' health and report changes
Assist the care team with daily care tasks
Support residents and their families with compassion
Help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for everyone

What We're Looking For

Active LPN license in good standing
Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
