We are hiring a Strategic Sales Recruiter to help scale our Loan Officer platform by identifying, attracting, and advancing high-performing mortgage professionals and selective branch/team opportunities.

This is not a transactional HR role. This is a growth-driving, revenue-impact position.

What You’ll Do

Proactively source experienced Loan Officers and branch/team opportunities nationwide.Develop market maps identifying top-producing professionals in targeted markets.Use production data, networking, and competitive intelligence to identify high-value candidates.Build long-term relationships with passive mortgage talent.Screen candidates for production performance, referral composition, and licensingAdvance qualified, interview-ready candidates to senior leadership.Partner closely with Sales Leadership on expansion strategy and priority markets.Track pipeline metrics including sourcing activity, conversion ratios, and time-to-fill.Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating Valor’s employee-owned model, compensation structure, and growth opportunity.Senior leadership retains responsibility for closing and final hiring decisions — you own the pipeline and sourcing strategy.

Ideal Background

2+ years of recruiting experience (mortgage or financial services strongly preferred).Experience recruiting commissioned sales professionals.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Comfort discussing compensation structures and production models.Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.Strategic thinker with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience using production intelligence tools (MMI, Modex, Experience.com, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
