We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead Customer Provisioning on our SaaS Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis platforms – the core systems and APIs that enable seamless onboarding, identity verification, account setup, and ongoing customer lifecycle management.

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, cross-functional execution, and technical product strategy. You will ensure our provisioning solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and built to support long-term growth. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency and a passion for building platforms that power exceptional user experiences.

This position will be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office 2 days per week, however we are open to remote in the United States for highly qualified candidates.

  • Partner with business, compliance, and technical leadership to ensure provisioning meets enterprise reliability, scalability, and security standards
Product Lifecycle & Delivery

  • Translate customer and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, epics, and prioritization decisions
  • Balance technical debt, scalability investments, and feature development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver features on time and at high quality
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure provisioning workflows meet compliance and data security requirements

Technical Enablement
  • Act as the voice of internal and external consumers of provisioning services
  • Ensure APIs and provisioning systems are intuitive, performant, and extensible
  • Advocate for strong platform principles: modular architecture, reuse, observability, automation, and scalability
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs such as time-to-provision, provisioning success rate, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Use data and customer feedback to drive prioritization and continuous improvement

What You Will Have
  • Product Experience: 4+ years in product management or related functions, specifically owning technically complex products, platform, or infrastructure centric services
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable with technical teams, understanding architectures, APIs, integrations, and platform considerations (AWS, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Data literacy: Skilled with product analytics tools to interpret user behavior and inform decisions.
  • User-centered mindset: Expertise in customer journey mapping, UX best practices, and reducing friction in multi-step flows
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to align and influence engineering, design, marketing, and business partners
  • Experimentation & MVP mindset: Builds hypotheses, defines lean MVPs, and iteratively improves based on hard metrics
