Position Summary:
Talantage is seeking a talented and motivated Intellectual Property Litigation Associates with 3–5 years of experience to join our client's nationally recognized IP Litigation group. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, cutting-edge matters with a collaborative team at a leading international law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
- Analyze complex technical subject matter and collaborate with expert witnesses.
- Draft and argue motions, prepare legal briefs, and participate in court proceedings.
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Technical background strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (California or Washington, DC) or eligibility for admission.
- Be part of a nationally recognized IP litigation practice handling complex and cutting-edge matters.
