Job Description:
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll assistance, cash management, inventory costing, monthly close, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger and journal entries daily.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage banking, cash, and credit activities.
Perform inventory valuation and cost tracking.
Provide information to CPA firm for tax compliance.
Support monthly close and reporting to owners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
