What You’ll Do

Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing
Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions
Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally
Attend adjuster appointments and install days
Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates

Requirements

Reliable vehicle

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads

Compensation

$60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
