Position Summary

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a proactive, “get-it-done” mindset to oversee and manage all phases of Multi-Family renovation projects. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a proactive, “get-it-done” mindset to oversee and manage all phases of Multi-Family renovation projects. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple job sites

Lead all aspects of project execution: manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment

Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective completion

Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers

Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce safety compliance

Document and communicate project progress, milestones, and changes in scope

Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation of change orders

Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation using Construction Management Software

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing communication

Collaborate with internal teams and remote supervisors to meet project goals

Ensure submittals and RFIs are up-to-date and properly tracked


Requirements

5-10 years of hands-on construction management experience in a field supervisory role

Working knowledge of construction operations, including scheduling, contracts, and team coordination

OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Familiarity with Construction Management Software (preferred)

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple sites daily

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to report clearly, promptly, and accurately to remote supervisors

Must provide verifiable references
