Position Overview
Quest International is seeking a highly organized Customer Care Coordinator to support our Field Service Operations team in Irvine, CA.
This role acts as the coordination hub between customers, field technicians, logistics, and internal departments to ensure service activity moves efficiently in real time.
This is a fast-paced dispatch environment, not a clerical or administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians nationwide
• Manage real-time schedule changes and urgent service updates
• Confirm service appointments and provide customer ETAs
• Create and manage Service Orders (SO) and Return Authorizations (RA)
• Track parts shipments and logistics activity
• Handle 50–80+ service calls and technician updates daily
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate service escalations and urgent rescheduling
Required Qualifications
• 1+ year dispatching, logistics coordination, or technician scheduling experience
• Experience managing service orders or work orders
• Comfortable working in ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Preferred Experience
• Dispatching field technicians or mobile service teams
• Parts coordination or shipment tracking
• Experience in medical, electronics, OEM, or technical service environments
Compensation
$21.00 – $24.00 per hour
