Pediatrician – Arizona Telemedicine (Remote)

Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our Telemedicine team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families through a virtual care model.

This role is ideal for pediatricians who value flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to deliver meaningful care without the constraints of a traditional in-office setting.

When it comes to caring for your kids, not every issue needs to include a trip to the doctor’s office. KidzDocNow is an easy-to-use app dedicated to providing children access to video visits from the comfort of home.

  • This is a part-time position
  • Schedule: 3 days a week 3pm-11pm


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: (This list may not include all the duties that may be assigned.)

  • Delivers and directs patient care within the scope of practice.
  • Communicates effectively with staff.
  • Consults and coordinates with health care providers working at any location. 
  • Works with all other staff in the office as a member of the office and the system. 
  • Works in coordination with the Quality Assurance Team and management to develop and implement a quality assurance program.

Education: MD/DOs

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State Arizona.
  • Current, Unrestricted Arizona state specific DEA license
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training.
  • Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.

Licensure/Certification:

  • A current, unrestricted license in the State of Arizona is required. Additional state licensure may be required for necessary coverage. 
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Experience:

  • 2–3 years experience in General Pediatrics
