About this position

Maintenance Technician

Strawbridge Studios | Full-Time | 1st Shift

$18.00 Hourly

Strawbridge Studios is growing and with that growth comes opportunity.

We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support our expanding production facility. This is a dynamic, “whatever-it-takes” role that helps keep our entire operation running smoothly.

This position will work closely alongside our lead Maintenance Technician, shadowing and learning the full scope of our equipment, facility systems, and production environment. If you are someone who enjoys problem-solving, variety in your day, and taking ownership of your work — this is a strong opportunity to grow within a stable manufacturing company.

What You’ll Do

This role supports both production equipment and overall facility upkeep, including:

  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on industrial printing and finishing equipment
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery (HP Indigo, Canon ProStream, Noritsu, Standard Horizon, cutters — experience is a plus)
  • Read schematics and use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters
  • Assist with installation of new manufacturing equipment
  • Support facility needs including HVAC systems, Cat6 cable installation, and general electrical/mechanical work
  • Perform carpentry and general building repairs as needed
  • Help maintain fire safety standards and ensure facility compliance protocols are upheld
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and communicate findings to production teams
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work and downtime
  • Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and safe
  • Assist in training staff on routine maintenance procedures
  • This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever needed to keep the plant operating at full capacity.
