Q-mation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting AVEVA software and Strongarm hardware sales activities, engaging directly with customers, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders. Requirements:Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Assist with incoming AVEVA software and Strongarm hardware sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to qualify needs, provide information, and ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the Q-mation Sales team to prepare accurate and timely quotes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support.
- Execute sales proposals and process accurate incoming orders in alignment with company procedures.
- Support sales activities in accordance with Q-mation’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Attending occasional travel events (e.g., Q-mation Customer Summits, internal events, AVEVA Conferences)
CRM & Process Management
- Utilize the CRM system to provide quotes, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
