The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona is a leading provider of comprehensive sleep care dedicated to improving patients' lives through expert diagnosis, treatment, and support. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities

  • Work with CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, and oxygen therapy equipment.
  • Educate patients on the proper use and care of respiratory equipment.
  • Conduct Mask-Fit appointments, Machine Checks, and PAP setup sessions.
  • Submit accurate documentation to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Perform compliance maintenance, monitoring, and follow-up, including:
    • Remote Patient Monitoring
    • Reviewing CPAP download reports
    • Providing patient feedback based on data
    • Completing charting and organizing documentation appropriately
  • Host RT clinic appointments to support patients in acclimating to PAP therapy, including pressure and mask adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Respiratory Therapy license in the state of Arizona OR current RPSGT certification.
  • Prior experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of industry compliance standards and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
