HR Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Strawberry Plains, Knoxville, TN. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for administering HR policies, managing employee relations, , and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating benefits programs, implementing HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, and assisting in employee development. The role also involves working closely with other departments to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practicesExperience with HR Policies, compliance, and developmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency with HR software and tools is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 3 or more years of experience in HR.Trucking Experience a PLUS
