Career Services Advisor (Part-Time)
Bridgeport, CT

Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week | Flexible hours Monday–Saturday

We are seeking a Part-Time Career Services Advisor to help students prepare for employment and successfully transition into their careers after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on resumes, interviews, and job search strategies

• Provide individual and group career guidance

• Connect students with potential employers

• Assist graduates with job placement opportunities

• Track employment outcomes and maintain student records

• Conduct employer outreach and follow-ups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2+ years experience in advising, recruiting, placement, education, sales, or administration

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for helping students succeed
