Job Description:
The Accounting Manager oversees brand-level accounting, financial reporting, analysis, audit support, and team leadership while driving process improvements and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting functions for assigned franchise brands.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis and deliver strategic reporting to leadership.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Partner with Director of Accounting, CFO, SVPs, Brand Leaders, and Operations leadership.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
Evaluate and enhance accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
Assist with annual audit preparation and coordination.
Stay current on industry trends and accounting best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Franchise or retail industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team development ability.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
