Schedule: Open availability required (between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face of our company, helping customers with their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and suggest relevant products/services
Verify and process online orders
Open and maintain customer accounts
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Resolve product or service issues professionally and efficiently
Process customer adjustments and maintain financial records
Recommend products/services based on customer needs
Check in drivers and assist with logistics
Utilize company software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prepare reports and analyze customer data
Support the team and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office and company software
Flexible and dependable
