Project Hope Foundation (PHF) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Anderson/Clemson/Greenwood campuses. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient facility management, cross-departmental communication, and seamless onboarding processes to maintain a high standard of services.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Facility Management: Oversee daily operations at the Landrum campus, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency. Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Intake & Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new staff and clients, including tours and logistics in collaboration with clinical and intake teams.
- Scheduling & Communication: Lead operational meetings, serve as a liaison among staff, families, and leadership, and facilitate clear campus-wide communication.
- Compliance & Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency protocols, conduct drills, support compliance training, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administrative & Event Support: Provide general administrative assistance, support extracurricular events, and assist with parent engagement and special initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience and Skill:
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to address and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and use Google Suite, CentralReach, and Podio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing administrative duties.
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and office equipment (phone, copier, scanner).
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for supply and office management.
- Ability to move between office locations as needed.
- Exposure to a fast-paced, high-energy work environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.
