SummaryJoin Woodwell Climate’s Facility team as the Facilities Technician to help maintain the Center’s Campus. The Facilities Technician is crucial to our organization's ability to serve the community, as it directly contributes to providing a clean, safe, and functional environment for all. In this role, you will be involved in performing daily operations for both the internal and external maintenance of campus buildings, remote sites, coordinating contractors and may perform both routine and emergency repairs. This is a self-motivated position with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
Must have the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Broad knowledge base in various trades and a proven track record of working independently to ensure our building systems and equipment operate safely and efficientlyStrong set of technical skills and intermediate soft skills that allow them to work independently on more complex projectsExperience with grounds care and building maintenance Experience with office building cleaning Shipping and receiving experience Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, and climbing Demonstrated ability to work with motorized equipment in varying weather conditions Excellent communication and organization skills Trade license or certification is a PLUS

Classification and Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried, nonexempt position, the annual salary range starting at $58,000 + dependent on qualifications/experience. Woodwell offers a generous benefits package and work life balance.
Location: Falmouth, Massachusetts or remote.
