We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting financial operations at the site. What Youll Do
- Set up
new vendors or update existing vendor information in the accounts payable
system.
- Enter
invoices into the accounting software with accuracy and attention to
processing schedules.
- Monitor
payment timelines and reconcile any discrepancies with vendors.
- Coordinate
with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are properly approved and
coded.
- Respond
to vendor inquiries regarding payments or account status.
- Maintain
vendor files and financial documentation by fiscal year.
- Cross-train
in other business office functions to support continuity of operations.
- Assist
the Business Manager with financial data, reports, budgets, and variance
analysis.
- Ensure
compliance with all company, client, and regulatory accounting
requirements.
What Were Looking For
Education
- High
school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate
degree or higher in accounting (preferred).
Experience
- Two
(2) years of experience in an accounting role or related field (required).
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
- Familiarity
with general accounting principles, budget controls, and computerized
accounting (preferred).
