Duties and Responsibilities
The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
- Learn to push cross rods through grating to make assembled panels or other products.
- Learn the various coating, painting, and grit application procedures.
- Learn to identify and set up the proper jigs to assemble panels.
- Learn to topcoat the assembled panels and add grit.
- Learn to place assembled panels in a squaring rack using the proper irons and overhead crane.
- Learn data collection to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project.
- Assist in taking inventories when needed.
- Assist in all housekeeping activities in the Assembly Department and keep immediate work area clean.
- Work overtime as business needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
- Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
Salary Information
$17.30 - $18.30
