Position Overview

Michael Palmiotto - State Farm Agency is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our Silver Spring, MD office. This full-time, in-office role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing professional guidance on coverage options.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are customer-focused, sales-oriented, and fluent in both Spanish and English.

Role Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to commute to our Silver Spring, MD office
• Prior insurance sales or related sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy changes, and billing inquiries
• Follow agency sales processes and service standards
