Job Summary:   

As a Grill Master at Roti Mediterranean Grill, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our guests with energy and pride. Prepare and grill high-quality, flavorful food with care and precision.Thrive under heat and pressure—own the grill with confidence and efficiency.Follow all recipes, food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols tomaintaintop-quality standards.Keep the hot food station stocked, clean, and visually appealing.Work collaboratively with the team—because we’re Stronger Together.Provide an incredible experience for digital and catering guests by knowing and loving our food.Handleguestconcerns with positivity and respect—treat every guest howyou'dwant to be treated.Maintain a clean and safe restaurant in line with company, health, and safety regulations.Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
 

Requirements:  

Previous grill or cooking experience preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high heat and pressure.Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead throughout a shift (up to 35 hours/week).Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperatures, from hot to cold.Strong hospitality and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience.Positive attitude and strong workethic thatalign with Roti’s values and culture.Team player with a passion for great food and service—VIBE is in our DNA!  We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
