Requirements:

   

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support multiple restaurants – oversee daily operations for a select group of locations
  • Drive operational excellence – ensure top-tier standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
  • Develop and mentor managers – coach General Managers to reach their full potential
  • Analyze and improve performance – use P&L insights and KPIs to boost sales and profitability
  • Implement strategies – collaborate with leadership to enhance systems and guest satisfaction
  • Foster positive culture – build motivated, engaged teams who love where they work
  • Act with autonomy – make informed, timely decisions with confidence
  • Stay nimble and hands-on – support your teams in the field, lead by example, and solve challenges in real time


 Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Coach, or Multi-Unit Leader in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in financial analysis, sales growth, and operational efficiency
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making key decisions
  • Valid Driver’s License and ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
