Months/Years of Experience: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and Six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and eight (8) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof, may be substituted for the education requirements. Additional specialization requirements: Program Analyst – four (4) years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.
Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Duties: As a Program Office Analyst, you will support the S3 Chief and Deputy with coordinating Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities, assigning projects, and serving as the primary contact for programmatic inquiries. You will guide account teams and test coordinators on best practices and tools for effective program management. For RTC and ATEC program management tools, you will manage user access, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with programmers to find solutions. You will also generate reports to track project statuses, finances, and milestones. Before a project is retired, you will ensure all milestones and documentation are complete and coordinate with the RTC S8 for financial disposition. Finally, you will help improve RTC processes, assist with meeting scheduling and presentation, and ensure accurate contractor timekeeping within S3.
