What You'll Earn
- Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission
- First-year target: $90,000+
- Full benefits package + fuel allowance
What You'll Do
- Work inbound and outbound leads from first contact to signed agreement
- Build and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow-up
- Consult with prospects to understand their needs and match them to the right solution
- Hit monthly targets and earn more as you exceed them
What We're Looking For
- A proven sales track record — industry background is open
- A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and closes consistently
- A self-starter who owns their numbers and manages their time without being micromanaged
- Must obtain an active Virginia Real Estate license within 90 days of hire (we'll support you through it)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
