BAXIMUS is seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team in Phoenix, AZ. If you are task-driven, systems-oriented, and intentional in building relationships and teams, then this is your chance to have a positive influence in the lives of others.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the BAXIMUS project management processes, leading cross-departmental projects, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple states. You will oversee a growing team of employees and clients (approximately 30 and growing to 75+).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000* annually, *based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead through the BAXIMUS Vision.
Build and maintain a master project tracker covering all active initiatives and project timelines.
Establish clear deadlines and track milestone dates for each workstream.
Cross-functional coordination and communication between key stakeholders, clients, investors, etc.
Monitor progress weekly, flag bottlenecks, and identify risks early and escalate when needed.
Maintain documentation and status updates. Hold teams accountable to agreed deadlines.
Ensure follow-ups are documented and completed.
Support Leadership Tenets – Vision, Development, Care, & Accountability.
Regularity and standards compliance.
Integrate technology and management tools, systems, and resources.
Lead performance reviews, corrective action plans, coaching calls, etc., as needed.
Partner with the operations team to standardize processes and systems.
Lead advising projects like implementing new policies and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree – Project management, operations management, organizational leadership, communications, business management, or similar filed.
5+ years of project management experience, including People oriented projects. Strong understanding of and adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and standards. Experience with multi-location or multi-state operations.
In person work, from the BAXIMUS office in Central Phoenix, AZ.
Light Travel to various projects.

Skills:

Systems-minded and task-driven with a talent for streamlining operations. Strong project management skills with a track record of leading teams. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to multi-task across various projects.
Leverage past projects, technologies, resources, tools, etc., and personal experiences to achieve positive results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Monday.com, Slack.
Experience with and working knowledge of various Management Systems.

Additional Considerations:

Service & Hospitality, Restaurant Operations, or Consulting experience. Familiarity or experience with franchising & licensing businesses. BAXIMUS will require 3 references, (2 Professional, 1 Personal).
