Displays2Go (D2G Group) is looking for a driven, outgoing Insides Sales Specialist to help grow our customer base and drive revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is comfortable making cold calls, and enjoys delivering client-focused solutions.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing sales while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead and sales quote follow-up, as well as outbound cold calls and emails

  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest

  • Close sales and consistently achieve assigned quotas

  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products and offerings

  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects

  • Interpret sales and customer data to develop effective contact plans

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

  • Strong phone presence with cold calling experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel

  • Comfort using CRM systems, ERP software, and contact center technologies (preferred)

  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred

Schedule & Work Arrangement

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Training: In-house training for the first 2 weeks

  • Work Model: After training, remote with one required in-office day per month


Salary Information

$23.0 - $25.5 Annual Salary
