As an Insurance Account Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong computer, writing and ability to perform basic math.
• Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred.
• Know how to type (Qwerty).
• Positive Attitude.
• Team Player.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to sit for exams and obtain state insurance licenses if not already licensed.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to have fun!
• Available to work Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work from the agent's office to assist current policyholders and contact prospects.
• Implement the agency's marketing and sales plan.
• Conduct needs-based sales interviews supported by technology.
• Meet sales and marketing goals set by the agent.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Update information in customer databases.
• Handle routine office duties (payments, policy changes, answer questions).
