Responsibilities:

• Write accurate and timely collision repair estimates
• Work directly with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
• Manage repair orders from initial estimate through completion
• Ensure estimates comply with insurance and OEM guidelines
• Maintain clear documentation and follow established processes

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Body Shop Estimator (required)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating systems
• Ability to pass all required insurance background checks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
