We are a fast-growing dog grooming supply distribution company looking for a Superstar Bi-Lingual Customer Service and Showroom Representative (Spanish/English) to support our customers and provide an exceptional in-person experience. Accountabilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in our Jupiter showroom
- Guide customers through product selection and answer questions in both English and Spanish
- Process orders and returns in our internal system
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Resolve issues with care, professionalism, and a sense of urgency
- Help merchandise and keep the showroom clean and organized
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service or retail
Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to stand and assist customers for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
