About this position
Sales Analyst evaluates company and industry data to identify trends and develop strategies that improve sales productivity and revenue growth. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting and cleaning sales data from multiple sources (CRM, spreadsheets, databases) to track KPIs like win rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. Sales Forecasting: Building predictive models based on historical data and market trends to project future revenue and guide resource allocation. Strategic Insights: Identifying underperforming regions or sales representatives and recommending actionable changes, such as territory shifts or pricing adjustments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals and campaign tracking. CRM Management: Ensuring data integrity within CRM systems through regular audits and process enforcement. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), SQL for database queries, and data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software. Communication: Ability to translate complex numerical data into clear "visual narratives" and stories for non-technical stakeholders. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of sales cycles, lead funnels, and industry-specific market dynamics. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: Entry-level role requires 0-3 years of experience in sales or data analysis
