Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Manager – Service Desk Operations for a client in Riyadh, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.
Must-Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management
  • Strong knowledge of network and communications systems (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Expertise in incident/problem management, SLA monitoring, and root cause analysis
  • Hands-on experience with storage, backup, recovery, and middleware integration
  • Proficiency in Service Monitoring, SRE practices, and capacity/resiliency planning
  • Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, IFRS, and SAMA standards
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial sector
  • Background in risk, compliance, and DR/BCP planning
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
