 Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Australian accounting experience that focuses on supporting and onboarding customers using payroll solution designed specifically for dental clinics.

Responsibilities: 

Assist with customer onboarding and system implementation.Understand clinic workflows and support migration to payroll software.Handle customer enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.Triage inbound calls and coordinate with internal teams on issues.Provide ongoing customer support related to payroll and accounting processes.

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience with Australian businessesStrong understanding of GST and PAYG WithholdingXero knowledge or demonstrated hands-on experienceFluent spoken and written EnglishClear, professional phone mannerConfident communicating directly with Australian customersExperience working Australian business hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AEDST), Monday to FridayTraining will be provided on dental and payroll-specific applications

Nice to Have

Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.Prior experience in dental, healthcare, payroll, or SaaS businesses.
