Biomedical Statistical Consulting is Philadelphia-based biostatistics consulting firm providing statistical analysis and regulatory support to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Our clients range from early-stage startups to established industry leaders working on innovative therapies and technologies. We’re a small, collaborative team where you'll have meaningful exposure to multiple aspects of the business.

Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated individual to take ownership of our CRM systems and marketing operations. This role blends content creation with hands-on administrative support, giving you experience across digital marketing, website management, and business operations in the healthcare/life sciences space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, with at least weekly posts highlighting company news, project milestones, and industry insights
  • Create branded visual content using Canva for social media and marketing materials
  • Manage and update the company website (transitioning from Squarespace to Framer)
  • Support marketing outreach efforts through HubSpot, including email campaigns and lead tracking
  • Assist with invoicing and billing processes
  • Assist with client tracking and light project coordination
  • Work to automate our CRM system and leverage it for our clients and the intake client process
  • Identify opportunities to expand our digital presence and recommend new initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools

• Strong written communication skills

• Comfort learning new platforms (Framer, HubSpot, LinkedIn business tools)

• Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

• Interest in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus but not required

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 35 USD per hour(Headquarters)
