What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone of the revenue team, ensuring inbound flow, data integrity, reporting visibility, and sales enablement systems are optimized for growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to streamline processes and drive measurable impact. You will:
 
  • Manage high-volume inbound leads, chat inquiries, marketing-generated opportunities, and inbound sales email channels
  • Qualify prospects, route opportunities appropriately, and support scheduling between prospects and sales reps
  • Sequence and optimize SDR outreach campaigns
  • Monitor inbound-generated opportunities in Salesforce and ensure prompt follow-up
  • Oversee AI-driven lead channels including chatbot platforms and SDR automation tools
  • Review webinar registrants and evaluate ICP alignment
  • Process client-provided Call Detail Records (CDRs) to generate cost comparison reports
  • Build and maintain dashboards used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Coordinate sales and marketing performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Upload and manage revenue data within customer success platforms
  • Develop recommendations to increase ROI across tools leveraged in the sales cycle
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline transparency, and data integrity
  • Partner with Marketing to test and improve lead quality initiatives
  • Research industry and competitor marketing efforts to inform strategy
  • Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities
  • Help address early-stage prospect questions and objections

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or SDR support
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach or similar)
  • Comfort working with AI-enabled sales tools
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and systems thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS experience preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth technology environment a huge plus
