We’re looking for a Mail Services Specialist to join our team and take ownership of essential mailroom and administrative processes. This on-site position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys supporting critical business functions.

What You’ll Do

Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing mailHandle incoming checks and payments securely and accuratelyPrint, assemble, and distribute litigation-related documentsOperate mailroom equipment for bulk mailingsTrack daily mailroom activity and maintain accurate recordsManage return mail and perform electronic file lookupsFile and organize both physical and digital documentsSupport media and affidavit production requestsAssist with additional administrative tasks as needed

 

What You Bring

High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow procedures and work independentlyBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Clear and professional communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in a secure or regulated environment is a plus

 

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periodsRegular movement including standing, walking, bending, and reachingOccasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
