About the role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, keeping things organized, improving processes, and supporting a dynamic HR team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and initiating background checksOversee employee onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain and update employee information in the HR information system and internal databasesCreate, track and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and metricsAssist with process improvements to increase organization and efficiency across HR workflowsPrepare and maintain HR documentation and employee files, policies, and proceduresProvide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in human resourcesBachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)Experience with HR and/or applicant tracking systemsRecruitment experience preferredStrong communication (French and English)
