Job Title: Omni Channel Product Specialist
Location: Seffner, FL (On-site)
Position Summary:
The Omni Channel Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that product data across various e-commerce platforms and promotional systems supports the organization's omni-channel strategy. This collaborative position is responsible for validating, maintaining, and auditing both individual product and package SKUs within the Product Data Management (PDM) system. By working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams, the Omni Channel Product Specialist ensures that products are optimized to facilitate seamless pricing, promotions, fulfillment, and enhanced overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain and optimize individual product and package SKUs in the PDM system for use across retail stores and e commerce channels.
• Validate and maintain attribute data for all furniture categories, including upholstery and case goods.
• Audit and update attribute data for existing products to ensure accuracy across pricing, promotions, signage, and digital content.
• Partner with Buyers, Merchandisers, and cross functional teams to validate all required SKU details, including dimensions, materials, finishes, components, and service numbers.
• Support omni channel initiatives by ensuring product data aligns across showroom displays, online listings, and internal systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally—both written and verbal—with buyers and colleagues across all divisions.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
• Provide internal customer service support to the Buying and Merchandising teams by delivering accurate, timely product data.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven retail environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Merchandising or a combination of equivalent work experience and education
• 3+ years of experience working with SKU creation, product setup, or product data management in a retail or merchandising environment.
• Prior experience working cross functional with buyers or merchandising teams, preferably within furniture or home goods retail.
• Strong understanding of how products are set up for retail stores, e commerce platforms, and promotional use.
• Experience with product onboarding, attribute management, coding, technical specifications, and data entry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of furniture categories and components.
