About this position
Description:
· Set-up dish washing station.
· Set-up pot washing station.
· Follow proper procedures of running dishes through a conveyor dish machine.
· Follow proper pot washing procedures using a three-compartment sink.
· Keep a la carte line and banquet line clear of dirty pots, pans, utensils, etc.
· Disposing of trash bags to the dumpster frequently.
· Breaking down and disposing of cardboard boxes.
· Sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors and coolers.
· Occasionally lifting upward of 50 pounds.
Requirements:· Able to stand for 8+ hours.
· Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
· Organizational skills.
· Ability to work in hot temperatures.
