PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Procentive software.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Experience working with trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional and behavioral escalations, and complex family systems.
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
CONTINUED EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Complete 30 hours of continuing education courses in current treatment concepts and methods as required by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and/or State Licensing Boards every 2 years.
- Attend in-house training and staff meetings.
- Stay current regarding professional research, techniques, theories, and ethics.
