Drain Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve drain issues and determine best course of action to best meet the customers needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate company recommendations to better assist customers
• Ability to complete all tasks such as jetting and cable work, drain cleaning, maintenance and repair related to residential service calls
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner while abiding by the highest lever of safety and quality standards 
• Inform and help customers understand the importance of sewer repair and when necessary, replacement 
• Common learned/used skills in determining drain and sewer problems may include: hydro jetting, snaking, cabling, camera inspections 
• Have a valid driver's license
