We’re a locally owned property management company with deep roots in Cincinnati. We manage some of the coolest historic and modern properties around town, and we take pride in keeping them looking top-notch—inside and out.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making walls, doors, and trim look great again
Prepping surfaces like a pro (patching, sanding, priming—you know the drill)
Painting interiors, exteriors, stairwells, common areas—whatever needs that fresh coat
Working solo or with the team to knock out projects
Helping us keep things neat, tidy, and professional
What We're Looking For:
Experience with painting (the real kind—not just your living room last year 😉)
Eye for detail and pride in your work
Reliable, self-motivated, and a good communicator
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding
