About this position
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and respectful manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring wait times are under 10 minutes.
- Maintain an organized valet area and securely store vehicle keys.
- Monitor traffic flow to prevent congestion and provide a smooth parking experience.
- Report any safety hazards, vehicle damage, or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
- Minimum six months of valet parking experience (preferably in a healthcare setting).
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
