  • Attends weekly manager and BEO meetings, contributes where necessary
  • Understands all bar equipment operations, and bar storage areas and maintains organization and preventative maintenance schedule
  • Ability to manage and record inventory accurately and efficiently each period
  • Maintains relationships with all beverage vendors and completes beverage orders each week
  • Manages events including all following steps: FOH prep, setup, execution, and breakdown following the conclusion of events
  • 2 or more years of bartending experience, management experience is preferred
  • Will be required to obtain ServeSafe Food Manager License and Operator License upon hire


Responsibilities:

  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • To implement and maintain high standards of customer service, and effectively handle complaints and service issues.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the food hall's preventative maintenance programs.
  • Work as a team leader and mentor to all support staff.
  • Act as a liaison and build relationships with current and future food hall vendors.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with management on a regular basis.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to the health, safety, and labor requirements of the food hall, employees, and guests.
  • Other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in bar and restaurant management. References and background checks are required.
  • Skillset should include computer proficiency, POS knowledge, inventory control, purchasing, marketing, and promotions.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to be well organized, think clearly, focus on details, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
