Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
Pay: $23 – $28.50/hr (includes hourly wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement)

Key Responsibilities:
Receive Orders: Use the DoorDash app to receive and manage customer delivery orders.
Deliver Orders: Safely deliver meals using your personal vehicle and move on to your next order.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
Safety: Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly according to road and weather conditions.
Qualifications:
At least 20 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured personal vehicle.
Comfortable using smartphones and apps, with basic troubleshooting skills.
Experience in delivery, logistics, retail, or restaurant environments preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Able to pass background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $17/hr plus 100% of tips and $0.25/mile mileage reimbursement.
Total Compensation: $23 – $28.50/hr depending on shift and performance.

This is not an independent contractor (1099) role; this is a W-2 employment position.
