Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and appearance of Keystone’s properties. This hands-on role requires a broad skill set in building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who ensures all facilities remain in excellent condition and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including lighting, ceiling tiles, and tenant service requests.

Repair and maintain doors, locks, windows, walls, flooring, and cabinetry.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, thermostats, VAVs, chillers, and related components.

Inspect buildings and equipment, identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

Respond to and complete tenant work orders efficiently.

Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; assist with departmental budgeting.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in property management or real estate.

HVAC certification required. EPA certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of building trades, electrical and hydraulic systems, and general maintenance practices.

Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Physically able to perform maintenance duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Computer literacy (MS Office, email).
Work Environment
Full-time, on-site role within residential and office properties. Regular schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work as needed. Work involves exposure to typical maintenance environments, including mechanical areas and outdoor conditions.
