Job Responsibilities:
- Process daily Duty Statement/ACH payments and related documentation
- Perform general office tasks including phone support, data entry, filing, scanning, and document prep
- Track inbound cargo and ensure timely filing of entries to avoid demurrage or storage fees
- Manage warehouse withdrawals and related documentation via ABI transmission
- Prepare and file customs entries by collecting and classifying documentation, submitting transmissions, meeting OGA requirements, and communicating status to clients
- Confirm client account profiles and ensure compliance with customer-specific instructions
- Refer complex classification questions to supervisors for review
Requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Prior experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ABI, FDA systems, and import documentation is beneficial
- Excellent math skills and ability to calculate duty rates, entered values, and exchange rates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
