Roofing Sales Consultant – Roofing & Solar

What You’ll Do
Generate your own leads and build a robust pipeline through networking, door-to-door outreach, and community engagement
Guide homeowners through the roofing and siding sales process—from inspection to close—with professionalism and clarity
Assist clients in navigating insurance claims when necessary
Conduct roof inspections and assess previously installed solar systems
Educate clients on solar options and advocate for new solar installations as part of the roofing process
Provide accurate, detailed estimates using industry tools
Represent Golden Group’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff (you sell—we manage the project!)
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, or high-ticket services strongly preferred)
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven, competitive environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with the insurance restoration process is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and close deals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance team
Compensation & Perks
Uncapped commission structure (top reps earn $100K+)
Average annual earnings range: $70,000–$175,000+
Eligible for sign-on incentives based on experience
Full-time W-2 employment
