Job description

 Bowlin Group is seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our dynamic team in Hebron, KY. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the telecommunications industry and are driven to deliver high-quality results. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing cellular and data transmission infrastructure, ensuring optimal service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Understand and manage the financial aspects of each project, including profit and loss.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct hands-on construction and installation tasks on towers and shelters.
• Oversee all aspects of tower lighting installations.
• Demonstrate expertise in knots, rigging, and safety procedures.
• Train and support team members, preparing them for positions of increased responsibility.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of industry experience is desirable, but candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply as we value a diverse range of skills and backgrounds.
• Proficiency in all operational facets of the tower industry, including equipment and site maintenance.
• Strong safety orientation and familiarity with company and industry safety standards.
• Experience with tower/site maintenance for major carriers such as AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with management, clients, and vendors.
• Organizational skills to manage company resources and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Certifications such as Sweeping, CPR & First Aid, ComTrain, PIM, or equivalent TS&R training are beneficial.

Schedule:

•  8-10hour shift
